Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. Interest may be charged on overdue balances.
Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund policies will be specified in individual project agreements.
Additional Work: Any work requested outside the original scope will be subject to additional fees, which will be agreed upon before work begins.
Client Content: You retain all rights to content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and other materials.
Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project.
Third-Party Elements: Some projects may incorporate third-party tools, plugins, frameworks, or stock images that remain subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights: CoreScale Design reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeline Estimates: Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback, and availability of required materials.
Client Delays: Delays caused by late feedback, content delivery, or payment may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Service Warranty: We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to deliver high-quality, effective websites, we cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic levels, or conversion rates.
Browser Compatibility: Websites will be tested for compatibility with current versions of major browsers. We cannot guarantee perfect display on all browsers or devices.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or availability of third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreScale Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits or partial payments are non-refundable.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes:
This obligation continues even after the completion or termination of services.
Post-Launch Support: Basic technical support may be provided for a specified period after launch, as outlined in the project agreement.
Ongoing Maintenance: Ongoing website maintenance and support services are available separately and require a separate agreement and fee structure.
Updates and Changes: Any significant updates, changes, or additions to the website after launch will be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibility: Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for securing and maintaining their own web hosting and domain registration.
Hosting Recommendations: We may recommend hosting providers, but we are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party hosting services.
Domain Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their domain names. CoreScale Design will never register a domain in our name on behalf of a client without explicit written agreement.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to:
CoreScale Design reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.
